Build for KSA PDPL, India DPDP, EU GDPR, and UAE law in the same year. Few firms give engineers this regulatory breadth — most ship for one jurisdiction at a time.

We deliberately under-leverage our seniors. You will work directly with the partner on the account — not three layers below them. The flat structure is the point.

The mother office. Strategy, leadership, KSA practice teams, and our sovereign SOC operate here. If you want proximity to where Vision 2030 is being built, this is the desk.
Dubai
Our regional crossroads. Dubai is where MENA clients prefer to meet — and where our growth, business apps, and cybersecurity teams maintain a strong on-the-ground presence.
Bangalore
Our delivery scale. Software engineers, DevOps, privacy associates, and shared services. The office runs hybrid with a strong in-office culture for senior team members.

For senior and specialist roles in KSA and UAE, yes — we routinely sponsor work permits and Iqama / residency. India hires are local hires only. Specifics depend on the role, your nationality, and the originating jurisdiction; we'll cover this in detail at offer stage.
Selected senior roles are fully remote within KSA or India. Most engineering and advisory roles are hybrid by design — typically 2–3 days in office. We do not offer fully-remote work that crosses national jurisdictions because of tax, employment-law, and data-residency complexity. The office locations on each role listing are honest constraints, not aspirations.
Smart-casual day-to-day; business attire when client-facing, especially in Riyadh. We're an institutional firm — clients expect a certain register. Inside the office, comfortable and professional. Common sense applies.
Yes, but selectively. We run a structured graduate programme each year for engineering and privacy — recruited from a small set of partner universities in KSA and India. Within five business days, the practice lead for the relevant role will read your application and decide whether to take it forward. If yes, you'll get an intro-call invitation. If not, you'll get a clear "not this time" email — never silence. The same loop applies to general applications.
Absolutely — once 12 months have passed, or sooner if you've taken on materially different responsibility. Your prior interaction is on file, but it doesn't disqualify you. Many of our best hires came back on a second or third attempt.
For candidates we've interviewed, yes — substantive feedback in writing or by phone, on request. For application-stage rejections we share the reason briefly. We don't pretend every "no" is for the same reason; we tell you the actual one.
